Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, unused and unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is proven to be defective.

Return Eligibility:

At Blinkology, we take pride in offering top-quality eyelash extension products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will initiate a return or exchange, and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
Incorrect Product Received: In the event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you, and we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and unused.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Enrollment Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy: Training Courses

At Blinkology, our commitment is to provide exceptional eyelash extension training courses to elevate your skills and knowledge. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs while maintaining the integrity of our course offerings. Please review the following comprehensive guidelines concerning enrollment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund processes:

Deposit and Enrollment Policy:

Deposits: To secure your spot in a selected course date, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Deposit Transfer: If you wish to transfer your enrollment to a different course date, you can do so by paying a rescheduling fee of $500. This fee covers administrative and logistical costs associated with adjusting course schedules.

Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Guidelines:

Cancellation Before Course Start:

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your enrollment before the course start date. This policy applies specifically when the cancellation occurs before the course has commenced and before any digital course materials have been accessed. Please take note of the following details:

If you decide to cancel your enrollment before before the course start date has commenced and before any digital course materials have been accessed, the initial deposit remains non-refundable.
While the deposit is non-refundable, you have the option to transfer it to a future course date by paying the rescheduling fee of $500, even if the full tuition has been paid.

Cancellation After Course Start:

Once any portion of the the course has commenced, in person or digital material has been accessed, neither the deposit nor the tuition will be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to reschedule to a different course date after the course or any digital course materials have been accessed, the rescheduling fee of $500 will apply, even if the full tuition has been paid.

Course Rescheduling:

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
To transfer your enrollment and deposit to a different course date, the rescheduling fee of $500 must be paid.

Course Materials and Quality Assurance:

All course materials, including digital content and resources, are non-refundable once accessed or provided.
